Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.
However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.
**COVID ADDENDUM: We will provide a full refund (less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and 3.5% credit card processing fee) for cancellations at least 3 days prior to arrival for arrivals through 01/15/2022. If fewer than 3 days to arrival (including no-shows), 1 night room rate plus tax and reservation processing fee plus tax are forfeited.
