Aloha and welcome to our newly renovated ocean and beach view boutique Hawaiian studio, located on Waikiki Grand Hotel 8th floor. We have used our 30 years of visiting Hawaii to give you everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
The Space:
· Ocean, beach, and park view directly from window
· Queen size bed with 12” Casper Memory Foam Mattress
· TV with FREE cable service
· Unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi
· Small open closet for luggage and/or hang clothes
· Under-bed roller drawers for extra storage
· A/C and ceiling fan
· Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, tableware.
· Full bath with all lines and towels provided, including beach towels
· Beach chairs upon request.
Please be sure to read following details:
A. This ocean & beach view unit is about 200 sqft., small and priced accordingly. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples who travel light and comfortable with sharing intimate space.
B. We opted to provide a queen size bed, instead of full size, for a more enhanced, comfortable sleep. That also means, a narrower space on wall side of bed to enter. We respectfully ask our guest(s) not to push the bed against the wall, as next guests might complain about the difficulties to get by.
C. There is a small open closet by entrance, as shown in the picture, that can fit 2 carry-on luggages and to hang clothes. In addition, we also have under bed drawers for extra storage space. At the end of trip, for guests who have any item they would like to leave for future guests (chair, boogie board, etc.) please kindly bring to front desk or our management office in lobby. Please DO NOT leave them in the closet or the unit, so our next guests can fully utilize the space.
D. We also have the front desk and staff in the management office to assist our guests right away in the lobby.

Start your day watching the waves rolling in on the world-famous Waikiki Beach from the comfort of your room, while enjoying coffee and breakfast.
Located steps from Waikiki Beach, Honolulu Zoo, and minutes from Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Market Place, etc., this ideal location ensures a fun in the tropical paradise. On Saturday morning, make sure to check out KCC Farmer’s Market for some only Hawai’i grown products, including fresh fruits, coffee, and ready-to-eat foods.
With many restaurants and bars located within 5 min walking, including two right in the Waikiki Grand, you don’t have to go far to go to enjoy plentiful Hawaiian cuisine and cocktails.
For a more low key night, grab some take out, your favorite beverage and head to the 10th floor observation area. Toast to your day while admiring the expansive ocean views as night falls.
At the end of your day’s adventures, return to spacious queen bed that features a 12 inch Casper mattress. Inviting you for a restful sleep and recharge for your next day’s sightseeing.

- Please register with front desk upon arrival.
- Wi-Fi info can be found on side of remote-control holder.
- When using AC remote, make sure you hear the “beep” sound from AC unit to confirm it has received the signal.
- Please check with front desk for access code to laundry room and pool.
- Ceiling fan wall control is above headboard
House Rules
- Please keep sand on the beach by shaking out and rinsing off beach equipment. Feet as well when you come in from the beach. The stray sand can do a lot of damage to floors, furniture, and clog up the drainage in the showers and sinks.
- Do not flush anything down toilet except human waste and toilet paper.
- Please turn off all lights and A/C when leave room to conserve energy. Do not set temperature below 69 degrees.
- Please take food & beverage trash out daily to avoid attracting pests.
- No smoking of any type in the unit.
